YES, IT’S OCTOBER BUT NOW IS THE TIME FOR BUSINESSES TO PLAN AHEAD.

That’s what i am telling my clients. Even after a difficult year, it is important to assess where the business is now and where it is heading.

My job as a copywriter is to advise my clients through it.

HERE ARE MY FIVE WAYS TO PLAN FOR THE YEAR AHEAD:

1. Identify business growth plans.

It is important to look at where the business will be in five years’ time. I will help my client develop a business growth strategy that will cover every aspect such as financial, technological and people-related issues

2. Changes ahead

This is where we have to review any changes happening in Australia’s economy that might influence my client’s business going forward. We need to look at all the economic forecasts to see whether the economy will hit the brakes in 2023.

3. Examine financial issues.

We need to review my client’s financial projections for the next five years and make sure the firm will be able to continue to meet demand, both in terms of new clients, and keeping existing ones satisfied.  We need to do some financial planning.

4. Examine technology needs

We will examine my client’s technology needs. Setting up for technological success in 2023 will allow my client to move towards his firm’s business growth goals with confidence. This means examining all the business technology trends happening now.

5. People issues.

Hiring the best staff is crucial for business growth, but businesses are now struggling to find the right people. My client will need someone with experience in this field to create an efficient workforce that’s prepared to face any challenges that might come its way in the next four years. It means developing strategies for the skills shortage to find the right people.
