Many real estate agents heavily lean on AI and ChatGPT for their communications.

These methods can be easily recognized as automated. Employing AI conveys a sense of disregard for clients’ needs.

While AI and ChatGPT tools undoubtedly offer efficiency and convenience in communication, they can indeed lack the personal touch that clients often appreciate in real estate dealings. One real estate agent told me last week she didn’t need my services because they used AI. I told her Chat GPT was impersonal and I was better because, unlike AI, I could talk to her clients and make it personal.  She agreed but that was her firm’s policy. It’s a policy that’s likely to fail!  In 12 months’ time, all real estate newsletters, brochures, blogs and listings that were created through AI will look the same. A skilled copywriter with expertise in business writing and a deep understanding of real estate financials knows how to create personalised messages that stand out and differentiate the real estate agent from the crowd. The human copywriter is not mechanical like Chat GPT and will give the real estate agent a distinct advantage over all their AI-using competitors.

This would be not be suitable for creating unique or tailored copywriting for real estate agents. They require a more personal touch

This means that AI-generated copy will often be repetitive and lack the spark of originality that makes human-written copy stand out.

Overall, while AI and ChatGPT tools can streamline communication processes, they may not always deliver the personalized, engaging experience that clients expect in real estate dealings.
